If parcel is stolen, please contact the mail theft department of the shipping company (postal system or courier) for further directions. We are not responsible for mail theft or vandalism.
Orders provided with an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of resending the parcel if the correct address is not provided before dispatch.
The shipping costs are calculated in during the basket process and reconfirmed on the order page. They are dependent on the size of the product and the country it will be delivered to.
Allow me 2-3 days to package your painting securely.
All orders are sent by insured DHL or UPS package with tracking number.

Shipping is always from Germany. For deliveries from Germany to countries outside the EU customs territory, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply that are not included in the basic price shown.
